The 2021 One Report set a unique example for ESG design as it captured Southwest Airline’s values, people, and story in a publication that was previously lacking so much life. The 2021 One Report didn’t just document the details of ESG and CSR, but it also celebrated the heart of what the brand stands for and the people that help make their impact possible, which was a unique highlight of the report that enabled it to stand apart from many other competitive airlines.
